I have had bad migraines the last two days

My bp is always normal ot a little low..
The only thing I can of is the weather has been all messed up and Meeko needing surgery.

I wasn't necessarily referring to high blood pressure. Low can be bad, too.

I get headaches because mine is so low (I actually need to get a new blood pressure cuff so I an monitor it better and modify my med doses to help that). When I said my dysautonomia causes me migraines, I mean it causes my blood pressure to fall so low that my brain doesn't get enough blood.

Weather always fluctuates - typically it's the barometric pressure that causes the symptoms and unless you're monitoring this it would be hard to completely list that as your exact trigger.
Same with stress - you've certainly had plenty of it over the last few months (and longer) if your threads are anything to go by.

I really urge you to write everything down. Even if it seems unlikely.

I am alway safraid that bad pain will come back.
There is something I did not tell you.
I have not been taking all my iron pills.
I cut back to one a day.
I wonder if my anemia is worse again.
