Eileen knew about the tattoos because she uses the Neuter Scooter regularly in her TNR work.
I just hadn't noticed the one in her ear before.

I'm trying to come up with some clever thing that the NS stands for that I can tell people. And Ari too! These two wild children need something to tell their kitty friends that won't damage their rebel images.
