I have a few questions about my pregnant cat.

If mom is not in distress I would not worry. Cats can have after pains for a couple of days, and more kittens can be born anytime without problems - even a week later.

Kitchen scales will work if you have some, put a tub with a blanket or tea towel in it

You can vigorously and carefully rub it with a towel to try to revive it.

Also you can hold it in your hands and swing it down once or twice to try and clear the airway.

I feel awful for you...... Sadly it happens more then you think, so try to stay positive you have four healthy babies to help look after.
The fact that that fur baby was bigger isn't always a good thing because like you just see they have a harder time coming out.
Just make sure the mum has plenty to eat & drink and keep showing her lots of love, again am heart sorry for ya.

He may have been in the birth canal too long.  They can't breathe there.  You did the best you could, pulling too soon can harm mom.  Did the placenta come out.
