i didn't get to take my nice long bath last night (my vertigo was acting up so i figured i better hold off on a hot bath). my knee is feeling better though!

I've been taking my anti-inflamatory that i take for when my knees/back act up from arthritis/tendonidious (i did a job on myself in high school trying to do every sport imaginable

- stupid idea!!! ) my knee never really bruised bad (that's good!!) but it is still pretty tender/sore. Hopefully it'll go away soon!

My next trip to the store i will definitely be getting some no-slip strips for our shower just to be on the safe side.
