Ha! IT geeks DO THAT? LOL... I've had a ticket in to have my printer fixed for several months. Several of them have come up to look at my pc (I've told them it's not a local problem but they don't believe ME, I'm not one of THEM), they screw around with the driver for half an hour, look totally perplexed, and then leave saying they have to check something on the print engine. I never hear anything back until a month or so later someone else comes back to repeat the process... grrrrr. LOL at least you sound like you follow through!Originally Posted by Talon
