I walked the last two miles of this month on the treadmill tonight; it's too hot to walk outside, even now at 7:30. Those two miles gave me 160.25 miles for May.
I made my walking goal of 5 miles per day, even though I didn't do the 5 miles at one shot. I did it 3-4 miles on the treadmill in the morning and then the other 2 miles over lunch at work. I'm still happy about meeting my goal.
We're not going to talk about weight loss.
Well, I only lost about 5 pounds for the month, which isn't much considering how much I walked. But 5 pounds is 5 pounds and I guess it's better than gaining 5 pounds.
I'd like to lose about ten pounds yet. We'll see what the month of June holds.

- To lose those last ten pounds (but I'd be happy to lose even 5 pounds, to be honest)
- To walk 100 miles during June, whether it's 3 miles a day or 4 miles a day. I'm taking the summer heat into consideration here, too.
- To get back on my Nemesis (the elliptical) for at least one mile a night
- I really need to start my lifting program back up
