Ok, I really can sleep, I just have trouble falling asleep! I think my sleep schedule is fromm 3 am to 11 or noon, but that's not too helpful when you work the regular 9 to 6!
So how do you guys get to sleep quicker? It's pretty much a given that on Sunday nights I take Tylenol PM or else I won't sleep well at all (I get too geared up about the coming week!) But I'd like to try other methods for the rest of the week.
As it is now, I go to bed between 11 pm and 2 am and I usually read for a bit to help me get sleepy, but it can take a couple of hours from when I go to bed to when I fall asleep!
