15 people sounds AMAZING! Like a wedding dinner party - I wish I could do that. My family alone is over 40 people - just aunts & uncles & first cousins!
Lol if i went and invited my whole family the numbers would easily reach over 200 probably closer to 300.
But with my close immediate family it's 8 people.
OMG i am frustrated....Everyone is making more of a deal then we planned.
I invited my niece but now her mother wants to go and buy flower girl dress.....We never planned on any of this and our numbers have gotten to be alot more than we planned or our place can handle.
It seems if i invite 1 family member 3 seem to reply saying they are coming
I wanna scream right now and Aaron is starting to stress out too,Not what we wanted at all.
I can sympathize.
Our wedding took on a life of its own and morphed into a three headed monster.
I survived by focusing solely on mine and hubby's clothes.
I went the ebay route, saw lots of cute cocktail length wedding dresses, but being as we were married in November, I went cathedral train, still, can't beat custom made for $125 shipped.
i am finally relaxed as Aaron as has finally chosen his band but i am having issues...I have some really bad metal allergies so i am limited t the band i want and feeling confused about it...Everything i love and want i do not think i can wear.
That sounds familiar. Usually 14 or (even better, but softer) 18 carat gold, platinum or titanium are okay. A thin band would probably be advisable, too. Or you could go with something like jade.
Don't be afraid to lay down the law - let everyone know you love them, and would love to share your special day with the world...BUT -
It's your wedding!!!!!!!! Set some boundaries (nicely), have your small intimate wedding, and perhaps at a different time, you can arrange to have a big blow-out reception for everyone in the future!
I hope you find a ring that fits the bill, too.
Congratulations, and I hope you share a lifetime of happiness together.
