Fwan or Fran or whatever your name is....(lol)....what IS your name?
My name is actually Francesca, My teachers got sick of pronouncing my name soo long and shortened it for Fran, then my friends got used to it, and i did too because the aussies say Francesca so silly

but Wyan (my secret lover) just explained everything for you in the next post

Thank you everyone for sharing your experience,
I also feel really lost because i dont have any real friends??
I really miss having girly nights and going out for coffees and a movie or a dinner, and i feel i miss out on it because i dont have anyone to go out with except for my mum!
ANd i dont know why, but my mum doesnt really like the idea of hanging out with me

What i am hoping is to find someone at the german classes to hang out with that doesnt have to move away very quickly...
Wish me luck!
Ben has always said i am too friendly and i can make friends easily but i have to find the right kind who is like me!!! The germans are different...

Fran, an intensive German course is a great idea. You also aren't limited to volunteering at the local shelter - there are cat rescue groups, senior citizens' homes, literacy initiatives, etc., that welcome volunteers.

Fwan, don't lose your sense of humor.
Do try to find some new friends. I don't think it will be hard for you as long as you make an opportunity for it. Is there anything you like to do where you can join a club or group for? Chess? Books? Armpit noises?

armpit noises.... my bro would be a good candidate for that one! Probably an even better one for the farting - but then again, so would his fiance!! She's awful!!

How about you start a "W" gwoup. That could be pwetty cool.
