Human medications for cats - dont worry I don't give my meds to cats

I am autistic and I use my cats to function :D

Now I know what they are after I am taking it well after the others :D

i have autism and I don't drop stuff my bro has autism and he don't drop stuff thats why i said you might have neurological problems meaning your nerves etc ain't working properly people that don't have autism also can have neurological problems

Where about on the autistic scale are you both?

I have had scans on my brain, and spin also many other tests and all came back normal... whatever normal is these days lol.

I would only give your cats Valerian toys that are made for cats. The pills for humans are probably too high of a dose.
  You can grow catnip and cats can chew on that.  Use organic soil only, and note that catnip should be planted in a planter; otherwise, it will become invasive and possibly attract stray cats..  You can also grow valalerian, but I'd do some research first to make sure the strength is okay for cats.

There are so many cats in my area its not a wise decision, unless you can get it indoors only?
