Not really about the care of cats, but I'll give it a shot here anyway.
My friend is trying to sell her house. Well, the cat she had about 5 years ago was sick and pee'd in the corner. The carpet's been replaced, but not the baseboard. She painted the baseboard over the weekend and the smell came back.
What can she do to get rid of the smell? Any particular products she can use? She doesn't want to replace the baseboard since she's moving. Sounds terrible, but can she just cover the smell with something? Air freshener isn't doing anything. Would an enymatic cleaner do anything at this point?
