How Old Is My Kitten! Help

I just got a new kitten the seller said he was born May 15th which would make him 8 weeks and 4 days old, but he looks so small still to be 8 weeks in my opinion!! What do you guys think here are some pics!!

Yes, I would guess on 6, perhaps 7 weeks.
How much does he weigh? At 8 weeks they are almost or fully 2 pounds - and may be spayed.

He can of course have been the runt of the litter, so he MAY be 81/2 weeks.

He's lovely !! Hard to say, however if the seller said a specific date I would have thought correct - unless wanted to sell him sooner than later.
