the ears are a dead giveaway, they are still folded down, just starting to stand up. I say 3 weeks at the most. Mama would drink the pee when she cleaned them, so yes the nest is going to be a giant diaper, the room is going to smell, and you need to feed them more, they don't need replacement water. Just more milk, & kittens parts are very pink.
