How often do you go to a bank?

Hmm... when I have a large cheque to deposit... large to me (for I am a lowly and poor starving artist student) is anything over $1,000, or if I have an issue that online banking cannot address. Since I have student accounts and student credit cards, every few years if I'm still a student and want the same cards active, I need to go to a teller and show proof of enrollment. Oh, and transferring funds between banks or dealing with an investment, like GICs or TSFAs, which I think I have going for 3 years at a time. One is due at the end of this summer, but I'm hoping I won't need to go all the way home and to a bank just to say "renew it again".

I would say once every year or two? Haha.

Every day, I have worked in banks for 40 years. Ha ha if I didn't never. I use online bill pay and direct deposit. I have phone app, it even deposits checks.

Hardly ever.
All my bills are paid by the bank so I don't have to go. However I'll be going in a week or so to collect cheque books I've ordered. Give me a chance to go to Tel Aviv.

Not very often. I use my credit card for almost everything (for the rewards), and pay it off every month. I go to the ATM when I need cash---I know which ones don't charge fees. When my credit card company sens a rewards check I do go to the drive-up to deposit it (why can't the cc company just apply it toward my balance? Oh well) because I'm not quite sure how to use the deposit drop box. I actually went IN the bank a few months ago because I was buying a new house and had to talk to them. But before that it had been years since I had gone in.

Interesting question as being an "old fart" I have resisted so many of the new technologies, and even as I've come to accept them, I cannot bring myself to deposit a check in an ATM machine.

That much being said - rarely. I go if I receive a check that I WANT TO CASH instead of deposit. I have finally caved and use the bank's app to deposit a check when I don't want/need the cash (we have direct deposit except for weeks with a holiday). So, maybe under 10 times a year.
