I'm a weirdo. I've tried 6 hours, thats no good...7 & 8 is better, but I'm still tired.
If I lay in bed any longer my back begins to hurt and I'm just not physically "right" for the day.
usually around 3 to 4, but never in a row. Kevin gets me up a couple times a night and I can't get comfy any more with the pregnant belly. Not good quality sleep - pregnancy makes me a vivid dreamer.
I get 7 hours If I am lucky...I get up at 4:30 because I work from 6:00am to 1:30pm (full time).....I try to go to bed at 9 just sometimes a show is on and I don't get to be till 10

My first answer i choose was 2 hours or less because I am constantly kept awake by severe pain and discomfort. Its a complete nightmare and my sleeping has just got less and less since my illness got worse.

I'm one of those sleepers- I could sleep for 10 hours get up and go back to sleep in a couple hours
I'm lucky in that I don't have to get up till 7 so I'm in bed no later than 11, but sometimes I'll go to bed at 9 if there's nothing on tv- and yes even then I will still hit the snooze a couple times!!!
