How much skin flakes is considered dandruff issue?

Just quick question:

How normal is a few specks of what looks like skin flakes when brushing a long hair cat? Is it something I need to worry about?

I personally would not consider that an issue. My long-haired cat, Gracie, always had flakes when brushed. A lot more than that, tbh. So, just keep an eye out on it - and I suppose you could try feeding your cat some of the fish (most of the time, salmon) oils that are available to help with dry skin as that is typically the issue with flaking. I never did so with Gracie but wasn't even aware at that time to try.
