This has been fun reading all about everyone's pets. Here are mine:
5 cats-
CINDER CONE (aka Cinders), jet black sh rescued from Coso Jct. Rest Area;
ICY, muted calico sh, grey,wht & peach, found taped in a box along Ortega Hwy.,
JOEY, sh manx mix, bicolor -6 mos.
J.C., bicolor lh, 6 months - bought with Joey from pet store in an adoption program,
CHRISTY ASHLEY (aka Princess Mao) lh tri-color calico, rescued as an orphan;
2 dogs - Gabby & Sugar, 2 rottweiler mixes, who kill small animals, including my poor cat Ronnie & 2 flocks of chickens, now currently locked up in a maximum security dogpen of my making ( I would place them elsewhere, but I'm afraid that their new owners would not realize the imminent threat to small animals, since they are so friendly to big humans. I don't trust them around young children, either);
23 laying hens - free range chickens who share names - the black ones answer to "elizabeth", the white leghorns to "shelley", the aracaunas to "little hawk"
3 turkeys - "Turk-turk", "Milagro (spanish for miracle - he survived an attack by Gabby"
and "Hey,there"
