How many people are using dial up? How many using broadband (DSL, Cable..etc)?

Dial up its all I can get where I live unless I wanted to give an arm and a leg to have satelite.

DSL here, and I have no desire to go back to dial-up service. Cable should be available here within six months, so then we'll have to make a decision (we rarely use the phone, or watch television, other than news broadcasts).

Dial up . They do not have cable or DSL in the boonies. Satellite is WAY more that I am willing to pay.

dial-up at home - that's all i can get with my location & platform [MAC OS 8.6] LAN here at work - i surf more at work 'cause it's so much faster!

I'm on cable with Bresnan... and I too think the 20 character rule is annoying. You can't leave a short and sweet message!
