Hello,
i am trying to figure out how long my cat has left in till she will give birth.
She is showing signs of nesting, her nipples are big and pink and today she stopped eating.

She should be due very soon then. All you can do is watch and wait.

Do you have a nest set up and supplies on hand?

yes, she is more of a outdoor cat as her mother was wild when we first got her, so i have made up a bed in a hutch where she gave birth last year to her kittens.
so a couple of days?
what should i look out for?

Do not let her outside at all until she is spayed 8 weeks after the kittens are born. :)

When she walks, do her sides look thinner, as if the kittens have moved closer to "the chute"? Are her nipples standing out?
I had adopted a pregnant cat last year, from a lady entering hospice. Less than 3 weeks later, she had 6 kittens; thankfully, she delivered easily. Ironically, the kittens arrived 3 days before her 3rd spay date: the first spay appt, the vet cancelled for family emergency; the 2nd cancelled cuz the vet was sick. So, as the Bible says, man plans and God decides! It had been 25 years since I had a tame mama kitty & babies. Until a few years ago, I spent kitten season rescuing sick feral kittens, having over 22 bottle babies at times (no cat fosters in my area, just too many volunteer dog walkers). What a difference a mama kitty makes!
