Impossible to know for sure. You will get a fairly good count when you begin to feel the kittens move. It will be 2-3 weeks before the expected delivery.

Did you possibly noticed when her teats become more reddish?

Cats begin to show about halfway through their pregnancy, around the 30-day mark. Of course with a first litter, they usually don't have as many kittens and are smaller and less apt to show sooner. I had one cat that was huge right away and progressed to looking like a bowling ball on toothpicks, she had 7 kittens. If you notice she suddenly looks smaller, then the kittens have 'dropped' and she is close to delivering.
