How Expensive Should This Be?

Mac is to be nuetered on this coming Monday. My vet charges $55 which I think is soooo reasonable. If I took him to the Humane society it would be $35 plus a 60 mile drive.

For routine vists/exams he does not charge if giving vaccinations at that timt too.

$55 does sound reasonable.  It was £40 for Benny, and he wasn't even bothered by the change of status under his tail when he got home.  He just wanted to stuff his face - he's like a child that eats with both hands.  Bless!
