how do I stop my cats from doing these things?

My cats are begging for people food
And jumping all over the kitchen counter
To look for people food .. I'm tired of
Them begging especially when I don't even
Feed them anything but cat food and s small amount
Of milk once in a blue moon .. I've tried squirting
Them with water I've tried popping them I've tried everything
I could think of

Anyone have ideas on how I could stop this?

You might need to put the cats away while you are eating or preparing food.  They can smell the food and obviously they want some.  I hope when you say "popping" them you aren't hitting them.  Squirting them with water also just teaches the cats to be afraid of you.  Consider putting the cats away while you prepare and eat your food.

If getting on the counters is an issue, there are certain products you can put on your counters to try and keep them off.  I know double sided tape is one suggestion.  Yet, it will take lots of work on your part.
