I was a "miracle" child of sorts - my parents had infertility issues for many years and were about to give up when I came along. I'm named after both my parents; "Jo" from John and my mom's middle name is Anne.

Mom said she first thought of Karen-Karen and Sharon icky rhyming twin names!!! But my dad had a cousin named Karen and didn't want it!!
