How come if one of my cats gets wet - the other one will chase him around the house attacking him!

I have 2 littermates and I've noticed something quite amusing. If one of them gets too curious and falls in the bathtub, or escapes outside in the rain - the other one just wants to attack him. The dry cat will chase the wet cat around the house attacking him until he's dry!

I find this really bizarre - Is he being a bully?

the wet cat probably smells like 'wet cat', and not his normal scent. The bully cat probably does not recognize him because of the wet smell. Cat's know each other by scent, not sight. Once he's dry, he's recognizable again!

Some cats are very sensitive to scent changes on each other.  Some don't seem to notice it as much.  My Noodles is the "worst" for that of any cat I've ever had.
