Household ringworm outbreak

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can offer some advice/friendly words of encouragement?

Both myself and my mum foster kittens and mother cats. Unfortunately my mums home has had an outbreak of ringworm after two unknowingly poorly kittens were given to her to foster. The ringworm has spread to the other kittens in the house, my mum has it, and we're worried that her own cat and dog may have been exposed to it (though currently they show no signs).

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation before? How difficult did you find it to cure/eradicate from the house?
