I've never heard of that movie before. What is it about?
I've been hearing poor reviews, too, and it's really disappointing. I find him hilarious and really enjoy his sense of humour. I LOVED the X-Files episodes directed by him. Hollywood A.D. was a VERY clever and funny episode, which he wrote and directed, if memory serves.Originally Posted by Marge
I'ts the first feature film directed (and written) by David Ducovney, and I am surprised it's getting all this bad press. I really find him a smart actor and creative and funny. It's shows that maybe he needed more guidance, being a big name he probably didn't get criticism before his screenplay was brought to life, you need another opinion. Like a "reality check".
I still love them, I mean Robin did add so much to Robots. And David is still amazingly talented, but it just sounds like a BIG mistake. Perhaps a lesson in hubris.Originally Posted by hissy

That could certainly be the case. If it is, I hope somebody helps him with his next project.Originally Posted by Marge

I do remember Hollywood ADand he did write and direct it. I wonder with that however if he got some guidance and some feedback. this time he may not.
