Holland enjoys her gifts from santa

I wanted (for MY gift) a nice tall cat tree/condo, but "santa" would never give gifts to me for my cat...

so she ended up with this:

She likes it just fine, it's one piece of the "kitty city" collection:

I was wondering if anyone has experience with this product and how you like it. I will either continue to add pieces as I can, or just save up to get her a sturdy tall condo.
