Well I got my blood test back from the dr. and my cholesterol is 225!!!
I think it's from the half and half i put in my coffee. 3 to 4 large cups a day 7 days a week . So I have switched to tea with fat free milk
, also while eveyone was having pizza for lunch is was sitting her eating a "healthy" meaning 0 cholesterol soup. Anyone out there have any suggestions as to what I can eat that actually has some flavor to it
