I'm new here. I'm 21, work in retail, and volunteer at animal shelters. I've aways, been an animal lover(more of a cat person.) I guess thats because my fist animal was a tabby runt given to me at the age of 2. She had dozens of litters, each finding good homes. She lived for about 12 years and losing her was like losing my best friend. I currently have 2 small dogs(father and son), a palomino horse, and 2 cats. Sassy the young cat is a 3-4 month old tuxedo that was a stray. The second cat is one I'm adopting and is coming home this week! He's 6-8 months, but I'm not sure of his breed. I decided to adopt him as a companion for my other kitten. Since I was young, I have always bonded with animals. Some people seem think its weird how well their animals react to me. I do have HF autism and thats put a barrier on my social life but with animals its way different. I highly believe in animal therapy for people with any social disfunction because almost all animals have a way of providing communication that other humans can't provide. Anyways, thats just a little about me, and my animals.
