Calicos are a certain kind of coloed cat within breeds they are white with brown, orange and black splashes not exactly spots. Also there are tortishell they are like inside out cals they are mainly black with splashes of colors.



Also I am so sorry to hear about the kittens

but dont forget God only gives us what we can handle.

Calicos can have either a black base or a white base...I've seen them with both, but a white base seems to be more dominant. They have blotches of different colours around their body. Tortishells tend to have a more black base with blended colours, instead of definite shapes.
