I believe my cat Suki recently got pregnant by my other cat Max. It happened around Dec. 14th.
Today I came home and Suki had white vaginal discharge coming out. Not just a little but a lot. I had to wipe her with a towel every few seconds.
I noticed it before but it was just a little bit and she licked it up so I didnâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t think anything of it.
My regular vet is closed for the day, I am trying to research what it could be but the only thing i could find is the following:
"When a fetus dies during pregnancy, mummification and more extensive changes follow but the other fetuses may not be affected. This can give rise to an unexpected vaginal discharge during pregnancy, accompanied by fever depending on the cause of fetal death, or the mummified fetus may be retained and even reabsorbed by the queenâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]s body. Sometimes all the fetuses die but abortion does not occur and the queen gives birth to a mummified litter."
Please help ASAP! I donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t want the babies to die.
