So I recently rescued 3 kittens that all had upper respiratory infections, two of them seem to be doing well, but there's one who seems to have a foggy eye and a bump on it??? He seems to be healthy other than that.

It sounds like the kitten needs to see a vet for proper diagnosis and meds. Eye trouble can turn serious if not treated early and quickly.

Can you see a vet?

The kitten needs eye medication and all of them need antibiotics. URIs in kittens that young can go downhill very quickly. Get them to the vet as soon as you can.

I've already brought them to a vet. She gave us Antibiotics and some eye medicine. Could it just be that his eyes are just healing? It seems to be getting a little better.
