My neighbor passed away and left two outside cats. One is male and fixed. Other is female has a very bad eye looks to be missing but definitely not right. She just had 3 kittens, i brought her and babies in. I need help i have 3 kids and little money, any help finding any low cost vet help in my area would be greatly appreciated. I live in Centralia IL.

Centralia Il, its a town in Illinois or its central parts of Illinois? The exact town is always useful to know for such.

I used to use comfortis for my bulldog years ago, but he passed away. Comfortis always worked for him does anyone recommend this for cat or what would be best and cheapest way to get rid of those? We have no other animals, these found us!

Advantage II will kill fleas and is over the counter. Revolution is prescription but will kill fleas and ear mites.
You will need to see a private vet for mom's eye. They can treat the ear mites and fleas while you are there. Mom will need worming too.
I was looking for a vet that was lower-priced and offers discounts to lower-income families. Are you near Murphysboro?
There are low-cost spay clinics but they do not treat other issues.

Read the "About our Clinic" and call and explain your situation and see what prices they offer you. It may be worth the drive.
If not, here is another vet clinic that is probably closer:
Quad Counties Veterinary Clinic – Veterinarian | Centralia, IL
They take Care Credit, which offers low monthly payments and no upfront costs. Call and compare their prices to the other clinic. You may want to go online and apply for Care Credit.
Beyond this, there are low-cost spay/neuter clinics in the area that offer spaying for $40. I can give you these later.
Flea meds can be purchased at pet stores, vets, and more cheaply on-line. The outdoor male would probably benefit from a flea treatment as well.

Almost all vet clinics accept Care Credit, so try to stretch your funds if you can.
The low cost spay clincs ask for cash, just so you know.
