I took our kitten Roxy to the vets today for her first ever vaccines and the vet found she had fleas. He said she was fine otherwise and he treated her with this:

Now she is pooing out worms. Does the treatment she had do worms as well?
I can't call the vets as no one is in until Monday.
I took our other cat in today as she had a largeish spot on her chin, she gets these about 3 times per year due to allergies. She had no fleas, so the fleas obviously came from the kitten's previous home.
What should I do now? Is our other cat at risk of catching worms or fleas? The kitten uses the adult's litter tray as well as her own tray.
What do I need to do? What do I need to clean? Please help, I don't want my adult cat picking anything up. The vet said the adult should be fine, as the fleas have been treated now, but I may want to treat her a little sooner than scheduled. He said I don't need to treat the house for fleas or anything.
