Help with wobbly scratching post

I am sure that Zoey was a big help....I bet that she could grip that screwdriver handle with NO problems with those extra toes..LOL Consider putting some duct tape on the edges of the raw plywood so she does not get a sliver in her paw until you find some carpet.....

Thanks for the tips guys!!! I will check out some carpet stores soon. I actually have another piece of plywood that same size because we had home depot cut that piece in half (we had to buy the whole thing) so maybe we can build a top for it

Zoey is such a good girl. She scratches on her post now instead of the mattress. I couldnt ask for a more well-behaved cat

Why not cut a foot off the top instead of making the base wider?
