I got my 3 month old kitten spayed on Tuesday. We took her in as a feral living in our backyard a month ago. We put her in an e-collar to prevent her from licking but she hated it and went berserk trying to get it off. She has also tried multiple times to escape and hide in the basement. As a result, I fear she has injured herself. Her incision site is not a straight line at all and some redness is visible. I'm posting a picture of the incision on Tuesday night and Wednesday night. The vet who spayed her is almost an hour away, so it wouldn't be easy to go back. She has been eating and drinking well. She doesn't appear in any pain, but she's been sleeping a lot. Does she need to see the vet or will it heal okay?
