I know cats don't think like people and that is why I am of a particularly forgiving nature when it comes to Daisy. She is the poster child for bad behavior. She bites, scratches, shreds, and digs thru the trash, and jumps on the countertops. When I tell her "no" she looks at me and knows what it means. She'll not jump on the counter if I say no. However, she will still bite no matter what I say. I just finished reading the thread on Poppy, the teething kitty, and was wondering if she could still be teething at a little over a year old? The scratching and biting are the worst problems. She dives at my feet whenever I walk around in socks and starts trying to drag me down. I told DH she reminded me of a crocodile doing one of those death rolls. DH blows on her face and she stops biting him; I blow on her face and she hooks a claw in my nose. Is there any hope for better behavior? Speck and Siamie look at her like she's absolutely crazy, and I think they may be right. Did I mention that she is vindictive? If I scold her, she gets mad, and I can see the little wheels turning...she's almost too smart for her own good.
