HELP!!! Scratched swollen eye.

I am desperatly in need of help. We have a young cat, Grey, we THINK her cat sister has scratched her eye. The lower and upper lids are very swollen and it has a creamy yellow discharge. Our financial status has just changed and I cant get her to the vet. What can I do to help her at home? Or is there a way for vet assistance? We have a carecredit but its maxed from a litter of foster kittens we helped. Shes spayed and UTD on shots. The eye doesnt seem scratched.... Its both lids. Thanks

We are using terramycin already.

We have 2 kittens that are about 5 months old. Due to the brand having some other eye liquid problems, we though first that it was due to this, but after a few more ours, it got swollen like on your picture. We went to the vet and talked about it, and got antibiotic drops for the eye, and it all got better after 2 days!. Please remember, if you do something like this, to not stop treating it just because it looks better, it should always be treated for the full length a vet has mentioned.
