Should the kitten be meowing by now..
She is 4 days old and hasn't made a sound?

It's strange she hasn't made a sound, but it's possible that mama is just doing a great job and baby isn't feeling the need. I would call the vet to make sure though

Little kittens cry when they aren't getting what they need.  If they're silent, I assume they are fed and warm and clean.  Babies don't really meow.

Yes, they are probably being well cared for by mama, but if it were me I'd call because I'm paranoid! I'm sure the kitten is doing great :)

They are quiet when fed, warm and happy. Not a thing wrong! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

We haven't really been touching the little one, just to check to make sure it is eating enough. But just a few minutes ago my Momma moved the little one to a very small area in my Son's room. Should I Mover her back?
Help please...

Let me guess, there are other kittens too, and this kitten is the smallest?

How is this kitten doing otherwise?  Does it seems healthy and thriving - or weak?   Does momma still care about this little one in the new place?

I mean, the question is, if momma happened to move this kitten, as they sometimes do, by more or less logical reasons   And if so, try to move the kitten back, talking a lot encouragingly to momma...

Alternatively, look if she is perhaps uncomfortable with the old nest.  Try to help this problem out!

Your touching a baby shouldnt not cause her to abandon it, cats dont do so.  Possibly rabbits, but not cats.

But if momma is no longer caring about it, and or the kittens seems not well - its RED ALERT situation.

If momma feels a kitten wont make it, she sometimes gives it extra care. But very often she does abandon it, typically by carrying it off aside.

In such situation YOU must immediately step in, giving warmth, food, helping with elimination, etc...

Sometimes, not so seldom, such kittens CAN be saved if the owner fight on vigorously enough.

A kitten whom would be doomed in nature, may thus survive helped by humans....

Come back with report, and I or someone other will guide you further.

How is the baby doing? If mom is rejecting it, you'll need to take over its care immediately, as Stefan said. Do you need help with what to do?

Mama is taking care of her but she moved her again. It was in a bad place with cords all over so I moved her back. Any advice? ?
Baby is eating and she goes to feed her but I'm worried she will keep moving her. She only had one kitten

Are you able to fix a nest in a quiet, out of the way place like a closet? And put mom's food, water, and litter nearby? That might satisfy mom.

Momma is quite rough with him. She has moved him 6 times since his birth..
Now he is mobile and my queen has moved him into the living room corner and bites his legs and Neck. Not the top of his neck like she is moving him but the under part. Is this normal..
Baby Goober Likes to bite her and play with his Mommy, but Mommy is really rough!!.
Is this Normal??

He's adorable! Mom is attempting to discipline him. Cats do this when their kittens become mobile. It's doubtful she's hurting him.

Ok friends...
Help please...
Mommy queen is very very rough with her one and only 3 week almost 4 week kitten (Goober).
I'm really worried, she grabs him by the under part of his neck and kicks him with her back paws..
Should I take him away..
She doesn't do it all the time.
What do I do.....
So Worried!!!!!
