The surgery site looks ok to me though the photo is not very clear.
Since your cat was just neutered on Monday, the surgery site will look raw and swollen due to the blood welling up the sac and it'll slowly subside in a week or so. Just make sure that the surgery site is dry and there's no foul smell or yellow discharge and if there is, it means it's infected, which means you have to bring your cat back to the vet.
