My 9 month old cat is keeping me awake at night. He bawls all night long and nothing soothes him. Also I have noticed he has peed outside the litter box the other day for the first time ever. Could these be connected?? What is going on with my kitty?

1) Is he neutered?
2) When was his last vet visit?
3) Were there any major changes in your house recently? New living arrangements, furniture arrangements, different work schedule, moving houses, etc?
We need a lot more info before we can figure out what may be causing it.
