Help! My Cat Scratched His Fur/Skin Right Off! What Should I Do?

Ahhhh..... Not the best source. I am allergic to most scents myself and some of the essential oils. So my home and life are fairly scent free. I put a drop of lavender on a wool ball for laundry and that is it. Calming items for cats I don't need myself so I haven't tried to figure out anything. My cats seem to just want company when they are stressed.
