Help me find out my cats breed?

My father fell sick and he recently got a cat off a friend, but now she's mine because he's unable to look after her himself. Theres no papers and such that came with her, but I'm wanting to look after her properly and get pet insurance and register her to a vet and all that jazz, but could you help me figure out what her breed is?  Thanks, here's the little rascal - her name is Aimee:

For insurance purposes, I would call her breed Domestic Shorthair, and her color as Torbie and White.  "Torbie" is the word for a mixture of tortoiseshell (black and orange) and tabby (stripes).  She is an extremely pretty cat and yuo are lucky to have her.
