So there are these people on my street, and they constantly get new cats. Guess what happens when they've gotten too many? They abandon the less recent ones! Now these aren't just cats, they're mainly pedigrees! So they can't survive alone, being small mouthed Persians, and short furred Siameses.
A few hours ago, I was walking to a restaurant with my mom, and an not-too-responsive cat strided right in front of a moving car. I stopped the car, and grabbed her. Yes, she looked skinny, but I was expecting something a bit heavier! It was like picking up a skeleton. Every bone sticking out. The skin hanging loose. She yowled, but I took her home anyway, wanting to feed her ASAP! I got home, and she smelled the food with interest, but took a mouth-full of it, and spat it out! We tried many things. Dry cat food, Wet cat food, Sardines, Treats, and just water.
I know a lot about cats, but even if this is a simple case, I can't find a reason. She has perked up since then, and is now warm. Still no eating though. I have two other cats and one pigeon.
