HELP!! Does my cat incision look worrying? Should I take her to a vet?

I can’t tell if my cats incision is supposed to be like this. I was told if it opens and there’s bleeding I should take her to the vet right away. But this looks concerning. It’s her 4th healing day. Should I take her?
