So I came home, my cat seemed fine, he went to eat and then I played with him, he started running a bit after a toy but then out of nowhere he sat down, his eyes pupils were big and he wasn' responsive. He tried to get up and he lost his balance. I picked him up, washed his face a bit with cold water and now he seems ok.
Can someone help me with what could have happen?

I think it sounds like it could have been a seizure: Seizures In Cats

Do you think that fits? Can you call your vet to let them know what happened?

It could be a seizure. It could also be something wrong with his heart. You need to talk to your vet and decide what the next course of action is, whether it’s increased supervision or seeing a specialist.

There can be several different causes for seizures, and pinpointing why can he difficult. This is why it’s important to check in with your vet.
