Help Aging Kittens

Hi,
I am not sure how old my 4 foster kittens are, and would like help getting a more exact age. I got them on Sep 8, one kitten had his eyes closed. He would open them a little, they looked cloudy, but was not able to keep them open. The woman who rescued them took them to the vet who gave him ointment for eye crust. Here are some details:

-Sep 8, one kittens eyes are closed, the rest of the kittens have fully opened eyes.
-Sep 12, kittens started to grow teeth and wanted to walk around when they were awake. One kitten started grooming himself.
-Sep 13, they are all grooming themselves and starting to play
-Sep 22, they started using the litter box
-Sep 28, one kittens eye color started to change

The first photo is the day I got them, the second is recent

By the sound of it and counting backwards, they should be about 6 weeks now. Possibly 7.
If they all save the crusted eyes one had eyes open, they were roughly 2 weeks when you got them.
The other info isnt contradicting this.
