New to these forums, but I can tell that I'm going to be able to learn lots of stuff. Makes me so happy. ^_^
My name is Megan. I'm in school to become a vet tech. Just getting the sciences (chem, micro biology) out of the way.
I currently have two cats, and a homeless kitten.
My first kitty is Rowan. She's a gray and white Tux and one of my friends found her one day and took her to me because of where I work. This was last november, and she was 10 months old. Turns out Ro had a diaphragmatic hernia which I paid to get repaired (and got her half-spayed in the process. ) even though I originally was going to be unable to keep her. But now she's mine and she's very much a one-person cat. >_> She's just a little feral to everyone else.
My newly adopted kitty, whom I haven't gotten to bring home yet, is Mallorn. He's 2 years old and half abyssinian I think. He's got the blue abby coloring, the ticking, and the classic black tiger striping up the legs that is so often seen on abby mixes. He's handsome and almost aggressive in his desire for affection (PETMENOWNOWNOWNOW!) and 12lbs of solid muscle. ._. He probably also has a hundred babies in the world due to his former owner not neutering him.
The homeless kitten was found by myself and the same friend who found me Rowan. He's a little black and white tuxedo and already neutered, so we're trying to find his parents. No luck so far. We've taken to calling him Burdock and he's the cutest thing on four legs. He loves for people to give him belly rubs and play with his toes. If we don't find his owner in a few more weeks... he becomes mine.
Gods help me with three cats. >.<
