Hi there! Ihave six kitties!
Araminta- 8 years old.Color- white and brown tabby splothed shorthair We found him one spring and it had just snowed. He had been hit by a car. He had surgery to give him a new eyelid. He also carries the calci virus so I give him L Lysine twice daily. He is my loud talker!
Shadrach- 6 years old. Color- black shorthair We wanted a big sturdy cat who could withstand our daughter who at the time was two years old. We found 16 lb. "Shaddy" at the Humane society and it was love at first sight! Shaddy has immune sysrem problems and is on a raw food diet. He is to cool for words!
Rumplin- 3 years old. Color- Yellow tabby Manx. I absolutely adore Manx cats! He is one of the few cats that I've had that was handpicked to come live with us (most have been strays that we've befriended) He is fluffy and gorgeous! He is my funny bunny!
Raggles- 2 years old Color- Grey long haired We took Raggles sight unseen when my cousin who worked for a vet clinic at the time told us of his story. Someone had thrown him out of a moving car. He had a fractured leg, nosepad ripped off, claws worn to stubs(from trying to grip the pavement on impact) and a severly damaged eye. With a litttle TLC he blossomed into a beautiful boy. He has glaucoma in the damaged eye which we monitor but is otherwise happy and healthy! He is my most loving furbaby!
Wicket Amicus- 2 years old- Yellow tabby shorthair We took Wicket at the same time we took Raggles(also from my cousin who worked at the vet clinic) So the two consider themselves like brothers. Wicket has beautiful marble pattern markings. Very different looking! He is my most onery and curious cat!
Ophelia Pixiebelle- 8 months old- balck and white fluffy Ophelia is my only girl and the sweetest little thing! She came to our house around four weeks of age. I basically became her "mama". She was just diagonosed with cardiomyopathy and is on medication. She is painfully shy and only wants me to love her. She has sad eyes and she is the kind of cat that when she looks at me so lovingly makes me want to weep. She is my sweet special girl!
Whew! I guess that is about it! I'm glad to be here at the forum. I's nice to be able to talk with people who care about their kitties like I do!
