It still might be worth giving a call - "Lancaster" is a fairly large area. I found a rescue (not low cost spay/neuter) listed as being in Lancaster - but just 21 miles from the zip code you provide.


Might be worth contacting this place for the kitty or for looking into low-cost spay/neuter - it is listed as being in Camp Hill (my grandparents lived there and I spent many summers there!) - 23 miles away from your zip code:
